Esteban Brecha, President of INDPULS: 2026 opens with the strength of what we have built and the determination to keep transforming

2025 has been a key year for INDPULS. A year of consolidation, growth, and innovation put into practice. We have strengthened what defines us: a community of 19 industrial companies that share vision, commitment, and a way of working based on collaboration to generate impact and corporate value.

Throughout the year, we have worked continuously on applied innovation, with a special focus on artificial intelligence. Through the AI Adoption Program, we have driven working sessions with all partner companies to identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with their activity, capabilities, and strategic objectives. This process has enabled us to move from reflection to action, build a common language, and lay the foundations for implementation.

2025 has also been a year of cohesion. Events such as the Penedès Summit and the Montserrat Summit have become real spaces for collaboration with INDPULS’ Innovation teams and CEOs, strengthening trust, shared knowledge, and a joint strategic vision.

In addition, we have created the company BIOFIX LEGACY, with the aim of supporting industry on its path toward a low-carbon economy through the production of biochar from residual biomass, and promoting a way of understanding sustainability focused on impact, competitiveness, and the territory.

For all these reasons, we face 2026 with a clear focus. We will continue to drive artificial intelligence as a strategic lever, advancing in its real adoption and in the generation of shared value. We will place special emphasis on the INDPULS culture as a way of working, collaborating, and moving forward. And we will strengthen sustainability as a cross-cutting axis by activating initiatives with real transformative capacity.
