INDPULS at the MWC Open Innovation Challenge 2026

INDPULS presents four strategic challenges within the framework of the MWC Open Innovation Challenge 2026, organized by ACCIÓ as part of the Mobile World Congress and the Enterprise Europe Network activities.

MWC Open Innovation Challenge 2026

The MWC Open Innovation Challenge is an international B2B matchmaking event that connects large corporations, startups, technology centers and technology providers to co create technological solutions for real business challenges.

From March 2 to 5, meetings will take place onsite within the 4YFN congress venue, enabling direct sessions between corporates acting as challenge owners and technology providers capable of addressing the proposed challenges. Subsequently, from March 9 to 13, online meetings will be held to further explore the most promising collaboration opportunities.

Participating in this environment allows us to bring our collaborative innovation approach into an international B2B context focused on activating projects related to technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things, mobility and robotics.

The Four INDPULS Challenges

At the MWC Open Innovation Challenge 2026, INDPULS presents four challenges focused on proofs of concept and pilot initiatives, all grounded in applied artificial intelligence and designed to evolve into real projects with measurable impact.

1. Intelligent Regulatory Change Management

We propose an automated system that continuously monitors regulatory changes across different countries, structures the information and evaluates its impact on product composition and manufacturing parameters. The objective is to support critical compliance decisions through automated alerts and high reliability reporting.

2. Automated Generation and Validation of Technical Documentation

This challenge focuses on a solution capable of ingesting internal product data to automatically generate labels and technical data sheets, validate them according to market specific regulations, detect inconsistencies and ensure full version traceability for audit purposes.

3. Intelligent Automation of Commercial Proposals

This challenge aims to automate the preparation of commercial proposals and quotations. The solution processes unstructured requests, integrates sales information, pricing logic and customer history, and ensures accuracy, speed, margin control, scenario comparison and integration with CRM and ERP systems.

4. AI Driven Onboarding and Accelerated Learning

The fourth challenge addresses onboarding and internal training through an AI system that centralizes content, answers questions in natural language, provides role specific guidance, manages version control and identifies knowledge gaps to automate learning pathways.

This is the first time INDPULS participates in the Mobile World Congress with its own proprietary challenges. In previous editions, we have promoted open innovation challenges in specialized industrial environments in collaboration with ACCIÓ, focused on the application of artificial intelligence to knowledge management.

Specifically, we launched an Open Innovation Challenge centered on intelligent search engines and internal AI powered chatbots, aimed at identifying real and successful use cases within industrial companies to optimize access to technical documentation, streamline processes, support decision making and strengthen product development from a cross functional perspective.

We join the MWC Open Innovation Challenge 2026 to share, validate and activate collaborations with startups, technology centers and technology providers interested in addressing concrete industrial challenges and advancing toward pilot initiatives and real world implementation.
