At INDPULS, we started the year with the ambition and commitment to stay true to our purpose: working together to enhance impactful innovation and drive a more sustainable and competitive industry through collaboration. This goal defines our action plan. Below, we share some of the activities and visits we’ve undertaken during January.
Implications of the Energy Crisis for Industrial Companies
Martina Font, Corporate Director of Font Packaging, participated in a roundtable organized by the Cercle d’Economia to discuss “The Implications of the Energy Crisis for Spanish Companies,” with Francesc Rubiralta, CEO of Celsa Group, as the moderator. The roundtable also featured Pedro González, Manager of AEGE (Association of Companies with High Energy Consumption), Inka Guixà, CEO of La Farga, and Joan Groizard, Director of IDAE (Institute for Diversification and Saving of Energy).
All participants reached the same conclusion: we need competitive, stable, and predictable energy to enable companies to plan for the medium and long term and remain competitive at the European level.
Innovation and Sales Teams
Innovation requires teamwork and the involvement of sales teams to identify and test the best opportunities. For this reason, Xavier Marcet, President of Lead To Change and strategic partner of INDPULS, and Mireia Mir, Director of INDPULS, met with sales and marketing executives from all partner companies to discuss innovation and the importance of involving sales teams to achieve impact.
During the session, reflections were shared on the point of future absorption, empathy, the need to observe and listen to the customer, and the relevance of internal communication.
Visit to AKO Group
Xavier Marcet and Mireia Mir visited the team at AKO Group, a company recently joined to INDPULS. AKO specializes in developing innovative solutions for sustainable and efficient cooling.
They met with Josep Lluis Bescós, CEO of AKO Group, Miguel Ángel González, Director of Innovation and RD, Laura Tornay, Director of Transformation, and Elisabeth Llovet, Director of People, to discuss the company’s future challenges and tour their facilities. Welcome to INDPULS!
