For an industrial organisation, however, the challenge is not to identify everything that is new. It is to distinguish what may be relevant, what problem it solves and how it could connect with the organisation\u2019s real challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the mission to Viva Technology organised by ACCI\u00d3, at INDPULS we observed solutions from very different backgrounds and at very different levels of maturity. This selection serves as a radar of companies and startups that may be of interest to our partners; it is a selection of signals that can help our industrial partners explore new applications, potential collaborations and areas for transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The companies presented below can be grouped into five major areas: digitalisation of operations, talent and skills development, environmental intelligence, carbon capture and valorisation, and physical automation. Together, they show how innovation is becoming increasingly specialised and moving closer to the specific processes of organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><br>1. Digitalising operations and making processes visible<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vusion.com\/es\/\"><strong>Vusion<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;develops technology to turn the physical store into a digital asset, connecting information, operations, products, customers and employees. Although the proposal originates in retail, some of its capabilities could be applied to warehouses and logistics environments, where visibility over locations, inventory and flows remains a challenge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hipe.packitoo.com\/es\/\"><strong>Packitoo<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;offers an AI-powered quotation configurator for the packaging sector. The solution digitalises a process that often combines technical information, multiple variables, calculations and commercial knowledge. It is an example of how AI is being incorporated into highly vertical tools trained to address specific needs within a sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/indusvision.ai\/\"><strong>IndusVision<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;applies computer vision to quality inspection with the aim of moving towards defect-free manufacturing. Visual inspection is one of the areas where AI can have a more direct impact: detecting deviations, providing traceability, reducing errors and turning quality control into a new source of data about the production process.<br><br>This first group shares the same underlying logic: better connecting the physical world with the data needed for decision-making. Digitalisation gains value when it stops being an information layer and becomes integrated into commercial, logistics or production processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Attracting talent, automating processes and developing skills<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalization-partners.com\/es\/\"><strong>Globalization Partners<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalization-partners.com\/es\/\"><\/a>facilitates the hiring of talent on a global scale. This capability can be relevant for companies that need specialised profiles or want to build teams in new markets without initially having their own structure in each country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ethnus.com\/\"><strong>Ethnus<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ethnus.com\/\"><\/a>focuses on training in emerging technologies and digital skills. At a time when the adoption of AI, automation and new digital tools depends on teams\u2019 capabilities, training is no longer a complementary activity and becomes transformation infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hrflow.ai\/\"><strong>HRFlow.ai<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;develops AI agents and models specialised in recruitment processes. Its solution uses interview data and hiring outcomes to help prioritise candidates and reduce the time spent on false positives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/minthr.com\/es\/\"><strong>Mint HR<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;offers human resources software to automate processes. These types of tools seek to reduce administrative tasks and provide greater consistency in people management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/face-up.fr\/\"><strong>Face-Up<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/face-up.fr\/\"><\/a>uses conversational AI to create simulations of real-life situations. Teams can practise sales conversations, customer service, management, human resources, healthcare, banking or insurance through role-play exercises. Face-Up\u2019s proposal is particularly interesting because it shifts AI from content generation towards behavioural training. Rather than simply providing information, it allows users to practise, receive responses and prepare for situations before facing them in a real environment. In industry, this approach could be explored in technical sales, safety, leadership, maintenance or incident management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This group of solutions reminds us that technological transformation does not depend solely on machines and software. It also requires finding talent, updating skills and creating environments where people can learn in an applied way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Turning environmental data into decisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sensorit.co.uk\/\"><strong>Sensor IT<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sensorit.co.uk\/\"><\/a>develops Internet of Things applications focused on the challenges of climate change. Sensing technologies make it possible to monitor environmental conditions, generate continuous data and trigger responses across territories or assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/slowfintech.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/slowfintech.com\">Slowfintech<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;applies artificial intelligence to help organisations remain competitive in the face of environmental challenges. Its presence on the radar shows how sustainability is entering areas of business planning and decision-making, rather than being limited to reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.netcarbon.fr\/\"><strong>NetCarbon<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;is an environmental intelligence SaaS platform that combines satellite imagery, aerial photography, artificial intelligence and climate models. It enables users to analyse a territory or real estate asset and plan and quantify decarbonisation and rewilding projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.floware.fr\/\"><strong>Floware<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;builds sensors and a SaaS platform to analyse urban mobility flows in real time. The system does not transmit or store images, incorporating privacy by design while turning observation into information that can support decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yourban.ai\/\"><strong>Yourban.ai<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;develops a platform to detect latent demand and consumer trends at a local level. It analyses internet searches, digital behaviour, social media and other open sources to identify weak signals: products, services or activities that are gaining interest in a given territory. Yourban.ai\u2019s proposal introduces a relevant idea: commercial expansion, marketing or urban development decisions do not have to rely solely on historical data. They can also incorporate indicators that help anticipate unmet needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taken together, these solutions show an evolution in sustainability: from measuring what has already happened to observing, anticipating, simulating and comparing possible decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:12px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"omt-qoute wp-block-omt-qoute\"\t>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"omt-qoute__wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"omt-qoute__deatils-block\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<em>\u201cThe value of a radar is not in accumulating new developments. It is in identifying which technologies can connect with a specific industrial challenge and become an opportunity for experimentation.\u201d<\/em>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Measuring, certifying and valorising carbon<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nobrac.tech\/\"><strong>NOBRAC<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;works on the certification of carbon credits using artificial intelligence and satellite data. Measurement and verification are essential elements to ensure that climate projects are traceable and can generate trust.<br><br>Within the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation ecosystem, several companies focused on carbon capture, verification and valorisation were identified, particularly in the construction sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?client=safari&amp;rls=en&amp;q=FormworkIO&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;oe=UTF-8\">FormworkIO<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;transforms captured CO\u2082, industrial waste and organic biomass into certified construction materials with a negative carbon balance. The proposal connects decarbonisation, material circularity and the development of new products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leafiot.tech\">LeafIoT<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;works on the management of green assets through 3D digitisation using LiDAR, health monitoring with IoT and blockchain-verified AI systems to certify carbon capture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cstechc.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/cstechc.com\">CSTECH \u2013 CS Tech Engineering Solutions<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;integrates CO\u2082 capture, utilisation and immobilisation solutions. It recovers emissions from industrial processes and transforms them into value-added products, mainly construction materials. Through mineral carbonation, CO\u2082 reacts with alkaline minerals and is permanently immobilised within the material. The company also works to ensure that this permanent capture can be certified and generate verifiable carbon credits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/green-vector.com\/about-1\"><strong>Green-Vector<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;develops a carbon capture and utilisation platform focused on construction. The proposal consists of turning CO\u2082 from industrial processes into a useful resource within materials, preventing it from being released into the atmosphere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This group of companies makes it possible to visualise an emerging value chain: capture, measurement, verification, certification, transformation and incorporation of carbon into new materials. For industry, this can open up collaboration opportunities between emitting companies, technology providers, manufacturers, certifiers and end customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Supporting people and automating services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>BacBudy<\/strong>&nbsp;manufactures a soft, lightweight robotic exoskeleton designed to protect and support the lower back. This type of technology can help reduce physical effort, improve ergonomics and prevent injuries in manual tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/robocore.ai\">Robocore<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;offers service robots with autonomous navigation and intelligent tracking, deployed in offices, healthcare and retail. The proposal shows how mobile robotics is expanding beyond the factory and entering environments focused on customer service, support and service logistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These two initiatives anticipate a more distributed form of automation. Work environments will combine industrial robots, mobile systems, exoskeletons and assistive devices. Deployment will not always involve replacing an entire operation, but rather enhancing people\u2019s capabilities and acting on specific tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. International ecosystems are also part of the radar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identifying solutions does not depend solely on visiting individual companies. Platforms such as Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation act as gateways to ecosystems that bring together startups, research centres, investors and business development programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For INDPULS, connecting with these international hubs makes it possible to broaden the radar, compare the pace of adoption across different markets and access companies that do not yet have a direct presence in Europe. It also makes it easier to identify potential integrators or local partners, a condition that repeatedly emerges when a technology seeks to enter a new market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>From the radar to industrial application<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A solution can be promising and, at the same time, not yet be ready for industrial deployment. It may require data that the company does not yet have, complex integration, organisational changes or an investment that is difficult to justify. The radar is the first step, not the final outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To turn observation into an opportunity, each technology needs to be connected to a specific challenge: what problem does it solve, in what environment has it been tested, what data does it require, how does it integrate with existing systems and what impact can it generate?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INDPULS plays a particularly valuable role at this point. Partners can share challenges, assess solutions and identify common needs that justify joint exploration or a pilot project. A technology that may be difficult to assess from the perspective of a single company can be better understood when different organisations contribute criteria, experience and use cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Novelty is only the starting point. Value emerges when a company or startup is able to connect its proposal with a real industrial need and turn it into adoption.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p
