At INDPULS, we started the year with the ambition and commitment to stay true to our purpose: working together to enhance impactful innovation and drive a more sustainable and competitive industry through collaboration. This goal defines our action plan. Below, we share some of the activities and visits we\u2019ve undertaken during January. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implications of the Energy Crisis for Industrial Companies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Martina Font<\/strong>, Corporate Director of Font Packaging<\/strong>, participated in a roundtable organized by the Cercle d\u2019Economia to discuss \u201cThe Implications of the Energy Crisis for Spanish Companies,\u201d with Francesc Rubiralta<\/strong>, CEO of Celsa Group<\/strong>, as the moderator. The roundtable also featured Pedro Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, Manager of AEGE<\/strong> (Association of Companies with High Energy Consumption), Inka Guix\u00e0<\/strong>, CEO of La Farga<\/strong>, and Joan Groizard<\/strong>, Director of IDAE<\/strong> (Institute for Diversification and Saving of Energy). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All participants reached the same conclusion: we need competitive, stable, and predictable energy to enable companies to plan for the medium and long term and remain competitive at the European level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t

Innovation and Sales Teams<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Innovation requires teamwork and the involvement of sales teams to identify and test the best opportunities<\/a>. For this reason, Xavier Marcet<\/strong>, President of Lead To Change<\/strong> and strategic partner of INDPULS, and Mireia Mir<\/strong>, Director of INDPULS<\/strong>, met with sales and marketing executives from all partner companies to discuss innovation and the importance of involving sales teams to achieve impact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>During the session, reflections were shared on the point of future absorption, empathy, the need to observe and listen to the customer, and the relevance of internal communication.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t

Visit to AKO Group<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Xavier Marcet<\/strong> and Mireia Mir<\/strong> visited the team at AKO Group<\/strong>, a company recently joined to INDPULS. AKO specializes in developing innovative solutions for sustainable and efficient cooling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They met with Josep Lluis Besc\u00f3s<\/strong>, CEO of AKO Group<\/strong>, Miguel \u00c1ngel Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, Director of Innovation and RD, Laura Tornay<\/strong>, Director of Transformation, and Elisabeth Llovet<\/strong>, Director of People, to discuss the company\u2019s future challenges and tour their facilities.
