On July 6th, Merc\u00e8 Girbau<\/strong>, President of INDPULS, and Mireia Mir<\/strong>, Director of INDPULS, attended the AMEC 2023 Forum at IESE<\/strong>. The forum is an annual meeting organized by the Association of Internationalized Industrial Companies<\/a> where knowledge, skills, and resources come together to spark new ideas and opportunities for meaningful industrial collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anticipation, Adaptability, Collaboration, Geolocation, and Sustainability: the 5 new factors of competitiveness.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The AMEC team identified the 5 new factors of competitiveness: Anticipation, Adaptability, Collaboration, Glocalization, and Sustainability.<\/strong> This year\u2019s forum focused on promoting industrial collaboration to achieve better results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alejandro Gallego<\/strong>, the Director of Expansion at AMEC, interviewed PhD. Heidi K. Gardner<\/strong>, a distinguished member of Harvard, the author of numerous books, case studies, and articles, and considered a business guru. Gardner spoke about intelligent collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\t

Values such as trust, honesty, generosity, and patience emerged recurrently,\u201d<\/em> Mireia emphasizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driving Industrial Innovation through Collaboration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the highlights of the day was the co-creation dynamic, where participants expressed the most important areas of collaboration, the challenges they face, and effective solutions to foster a collaborative culture. The conclusions drawn were that industrial collaboration is a powerful tool to drive innovation, growth, and competitiveness in an increasingly complex business world.<\/strong> Despite the challenges that arise along the way, adopting solutions based on humility, trust, sincerity, and generosity, as well as having the support of organizations like AMEC or INDPULS in the field of innovation, will enable overcoming difficulties and promoting an effective collaborative culture.
