TO MARKET,<\/strong>&#8216; organized by INDPULS, with a plenary session that brought together the 10 participating startups and representatives from the industrial companies associated with INDPULS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The INDPULS Startup Support Program&#8217;s mission is to contribute to the growth of startups within the industrial innovation ecosystem and <strong>to identify collaboration opportunities between startups and industrial companies to accelerate the development of both.<\/strong> In this edition, the challenges focused on <a href=\"https:\/\/indpuls.tech\/blog\/circularity-new-materials-traceability\/\">Circularity, New Materials, and Traceability<\/a>, three key areas for promoting sustainability and efficiency in the startups and INDPULS companies as a result of the program&#8217;s first edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One success story is the <a href=\"https:\/\/indpuls.tech\/blog\/collaboration-startup-bitmetrics-girbau\/\">collaboration between Girbau and the startup BitMetrics<\/a>, which began as a pilot project during the program&#8217;s first edition and has now reached the market. <strong>Mar Masulli, co-founder and CEO of BitMetrics<\/strong>, and <strong>Jaume Simonet<\/strong>, <strong>R&amp;D director of Girbau<\/strong>, shared their experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also heard from <strong>Eduard Aran<\/strong>, <strong>founder and CEO of Valerdat<\/strong>: <em>&#8220;Thanks to the INDPULS Startup Program, we have met with 8 and PACK2EARTH were selected to participate in the Boston Seminary 2025.<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esteban Brecha, president of INDPULS<\/strong>, announced that <strong>Pack2Earth and Muutech <\/strong>have been the two startups selected to participate in the <strong>Boston Seminary 2025<\/strong> on Strategy, Growth, and Innovation, organized by <strong>Lead to Change.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MUUTECH MONITORING SOLUTIONS<\/strong> has developed Minerva, a monitoring platform designed for industrial data analysis. This tool helps companies reduce energy and water consumption, improving production efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PACK2EARTH <\/strong>is a pioneer in creating biomaterials that are compostable at room temperature. Marcet says, <em>&#8220;The key is having the ability to focus and effectively convey value; from there, more opportunities will open up.&#8221;<\/em> He highlighted the crucial difference between simplicity and ease, noting that, although they are often confused, they are not the same: <em>&#8220;Achieving simplicity is achieving the most difficult thing.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marcet also shared the 12 key moments that, according to him, are fundamental for business success:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sell, sell, and sell: You don\u2019t live by creating opportunities, you live by closing and sharing them. The important thing is not to try to sell but to <\/strong>do it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hire the right people:<\/strong> The team is key to growth. You can make a mistake with technology and fix it, but not with people. The strategy is the people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Decide what NOT to do:<\/strong> Focus on the fields you want to play in, define priorities, and let go of what doesn&#8217;t add value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Innovate: <\/strong>Always stay half a step ahead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delegate and empower:<\/strong> Trust the team to take on responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Set an appropriate pricing policy: <\/strong>Know how to value what you offer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Build a community:<\/strong> Foster a strong network of support and loyal customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manage cash flow: <\/strong>Keep control of resources.
