This day, marked by the exchange of experiences and reflection, addressed crucial topics such as <strong>Industry 4.0<\/strong> or <strong>5.0<\/strong> technologies, <strong>cybersecurity<\/strong>, and <strong>leadership<\/strong> in the transformation of companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, <strong>Xavier Marcet<\/strong>, founder of <strong>Lead to Change<\/strong>, offered a <strong>presentation<\/strong> in which he shared the <strong>key vectors<\/strong> for organizations to transform the way we operate and, thereby, ensure long-term <strong>competitiveness<\/strong>. Here are some of the key points highlighted by <strong>Xavier Marcet<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Influential Leadership<\/strong>: Leaders must be committed figures capable of positively influencing their team, working for and on behalf of the people in the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right People<\/strong>: The key lies in having individuals who demonstrate <strong>Commitment<\/strong>, <strong>Effort<\/strong>, and <strong>Passion<\/strong>. Only with a motivated and skilled team can strategic objectives be achieved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agility with Patience<\/strong>: In the current environment, the ability to adapt quickly to changes is vital, but it is also essential to have <strong>patience<\/strong> for decisions to yield long-term results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Executive Solidarity<\/strong>: It is crucial for leaders to work as a team, eliminating internal <strong>silos<\/strong> that can hinder <strong>innovation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Culture of Seriousness<\/strong>: Companies must adopt a culture that takes the need for change and transformation seriously, avoiding falling into <strong>complacency<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>New Paradigms in Planning<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In his talk, <strong>Marcet<\/strong> explained that the <strong>traditional model<\/strong> of <strong>strategy<\/strong> based on detailed and rigid planning is becoming obsolete in a world where changes are increasingly rapid and <strong>unpredictable<\/strong>. The classic approach\u2014where strategy translates into <strong>objectives<\/strong>, <strong>actions<\/strong>, and predefined <strong>indicators<\/strong>\u2014is no longer sufficient. Instead, he proposed a balance between a <strong>clear strategy<\/strong> and <strong>operational agility<\/strong>, allowing organizations to adapt better to a constantly <strong>transforming<\/strong> environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This change in <strong>management<\/strong> does not mean abandoning <strong>planning<\/strong>, but rather dynamizing it. According to <strong>Marcet<\/strong>, not everything needs to be planned. The key is to plan just enough to align objectives and allow the organization to move with <strong>flexibility<\/strong>. \u201cFew great successes have emerged from detailed plans,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-font-size-xl-font-size\"><strong>Xavier Marcet<\/strong> emphasized the famous quote by <strong>Peter Drucker<\/strong>\u2014<em>\u201cLong-term planning is not about thinking of future decisions, but about the future of decisions\u201d<\/em>\u2014highlighting the importance of moving away from rigid planning and proposing a more <strong>agile<\/strong> and <strong>dynamic<\/strong> approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Future of Management: People and Technology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marcet<\/strong> concluded his presentation by highlighting that traditional <strong>management<\/strong> is being displaced toward a model where <strong>people<\/strong> and <strong>technology<\/strong> are the true protagonists. Large companies must <strong>simplify<\/strong> their organizational structures and avoid <strong>internal barriers<\/strong> that hinder progress.
