The event featured the outstanding participation of <strong>Gerard Brossard<\/strong>, CEO of <strong>Denison Consulting<\/strong> and an executive with extensive experience in global corporations such as HP, Rackspace, and Rimini Street, and <strong>Alejandro Santana<\/strong>, Managing Director of<strong> Lead To Change &#8211; Sarah Marlex<\/strong> and strategic partner of Denison Consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With an inspiring and rigorous presentation, Brossard brought a powerful idea to the table: <strong>culture is not an intangible concept, but a strategic asset that can be measured, managed, and optimized to deliver the desired results.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-font-size-xl-font-size\"><strong><strong>A deep look at organizational culture<\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Brossard, many organizations fall into the trap of class=\"has-font-size-xl-font-size\"><strong><strong>The Denison Model: culture with measurable impact<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his presentation, Brossard introduced the renowned Denison Model, an internationally validated framework that assesses organizational culture across four key dimensions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"omt-image-content wp-block-omt-image-content\"\t>\n\n\t<div data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1758\">Consistency<\/strong>: coherent systems, shared values, and aligned decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Data shows that organizations with high scores in these areas gain a measurable competitive advantage: improved financial performance, stronger customer loyalty, better talent retention, and a resilient culture in fragmentation to leadership<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most revealing moments of the day was the presentation of a practical case of cultural transformation in a technology company, which, <strong>in just one year and through the application of the Denison Model, managed to double its organic growth, reduce staff turnover, and significantly improve the customer experience. <\/strong>This tangible example demonstrated how a well-executed cultural diagnosis can trigger a dynamic of deep and sustainable change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-font-size-xl-font-size\"><strong><strong>An ecosystem ready to lead the future<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session highlighted a key fact: in today\u2019s context of accelerated change, digital transformation, and talent shortages, <strong>a strong organizational culture\u2014aligned with strategy and open to continuous
