{"id":7439,"date":"2025-09-16T10:22:48","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T10:22:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indpuls.tech\/en\/blog\/\/"},"modified":"2025-10-01T11:34:30","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T11:34:30","slug":"penedes-summit-strategy-and-innovation-with-d-o","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indpuls.tech\/en\/blog\/penedes-summit-strategy-and-innovation-with-d-o\/","title":{"rendered":"Pened\u00e8s Summit: Strategy and Innovation with D.O."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"omt-prose-container wp-block-omt-prose-container\">\n\n\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<p>On September 16 and 17, 2025, INDPULS is organizing the <strong>Pened\u00e8s Summit\u00a0<em>\u201cStrategy and Innovation with D.O.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, an exclusive gathering for innovation and business development executives that will bring together some of the most prominent names in strategy and innovation at Masia Vallformosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first day will kick off with a keynote by <strong>David Alay\u00f3n<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer at <strong>Innuba<\/strong> and expert in innovation and disruptive technologies, who will speak on\u00a0<em>\u201cLeading Innovation in the Age of Disruption.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Afterwards, participants will share challenges and experiences before diving into a session on innovation models and methodologies with <strong>Agata Gelabert\u00f3<\/strong>, Head of Innovation and New Business at <strong>Idilia<\/strong>, <strong>Pere Camprovin<\/strong>, Director of Open Innovation at <strong>Fluidra<\/strong>, and <strong>Clara Guasch<\/strong>, Director of <strong>Girbau Lab<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the afternoon, there will be a roundtable on organization and governance featuring <strong>Anna Casals<\/strong>, Director of Innovation at <strong>Celsa Group<\/strong>, <strong>Jordi Sah\u00fan<\/strong>, Director of Innovation at <strong>Comexi<\/strong>, and <strong>Jordi Corral<\/strong>, Director of Innovation at <strong>Roca<\/strong>, moderated by <strong>Isabel Nogueroles<\/strong>, expert in leadership and organizational change. To close the day, <strong>Henry Chesbrough<\/strong>, Professor at the <strong>Haas School of Business <\/strong>(Berkeley) and regarded as the father of the concept of\u00a0<em><strong>open innovation<\/strong><\/em>, will deliver a session on the role of artificial intelligence in open innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second day will focus on future challenges. <strong>Albert Esplugas<\/strong>, Head of AI Product Marketing at <strong>Amazon Web Services<\/strong>, will discuss the impact of artificial intelligence on processes, the workplace, and corporate culture, using Amazon as a guiding case study. Next, <strong>Felip Vidiella<\/strong>, Director of Innovation at <strong>Dow Chemical<\/strong>, will share his experience managing innovation within a global chemical company.
