{"id":7593,"date":"2025-11-13T09:41:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T09:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indpuls.tech\/en\/blog\/\/"},"modified":"2025-11-13T11:22:18","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T11:22:18","slug":"eleven-factors-to-drive-collaborative-innovation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indpuls.tech\/en\/blog\/eleven-factors-to-drive-collaborative-innovation\/","title":{"rendered":"Eleven factors to drive collaborative innovation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"omt-prose-container wp-block-omt-prose-container\">\n\n\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<p>Last Friday, <strong>Mireia Mir<\/strong>, General Director of <strong>INDPULS<\/strong>, took part in the <strong>Senior Management Programme <\/strong>organised by <strong>HibridaLab<\/strong> and led by <strong>Xavier Marcet<\/strong>, President of <strong>Sarah Marlex<\/strong>, under the title \u201cStrategy and Leadership for Building Futures.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her speech, Mireia Mir analysed the <strong>current challenges of collaborative innovation and reflected on the factors that determine its success in industrial and technological environments undergoing transformation.<\/strong> Drawing on her experience, she highlighted eleven key factors that shape a sustainable, collaborative and impact-oriented innovation model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the <strong>11 key factors to drive innovation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>There is no innovation without risk, but the greatest risk is not innovating.<\/strong>\u00a0Foster a culture of risk, experimentation and rapid learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Find the half step ahead, the point at which the future can be absorbed.<\/strong> Innovate at the right pace, the one that the environment and, especially, our clients can absorb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anticipation and adaptation. <\/strong>Analyse future scenarios and innovations, anticipate and adapt before changes occur.\u00a0These are essential for competitiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>From innovation focused on process improvement to developing new business models.<\/strong> Rethink the value proposition and explore new growth formulas, such as servitisation, complementary products or services, digital platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Innovation and sustainability are compatible.<\/strong> Competitiveness and social and environmental responsibility must advance together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integrate data as a strategic asset. <\/strong>Turn information into valuable knowledge to improve decision-making, efficiency and customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Measure innovation, value creation and impact.<\/strong> Establish key innovation indicators to measure its real impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If innovation does not deliver the expected results, it is time to stop and think.<\/strong> Recognise when a methodology or project does not add value and redirect efforts with agility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Learning and talent.<\/strong> Promote continuous development and attract innovative talent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collaboration and trust.<\/strong> Create an environment of collaboration, trust, generosity and transparency, in which knowledge and experiences, successes and failures can be shared.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Commitment from senior management. <\/strong>Innovation requires leadership and the genuine commitment of senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"omt-qoute wp-block-omt-qoute\"\t>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"omt-qoute__wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"omt-qoute__deatils-block\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe event highlighted the importance of collaborative ecosystems as drivers of industrial competitiveness and technological transformation, where innovation, talent and technology converge to generate real and sustainable impact.\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Special thanks to <strong>Miren Mart\u00edn Morato, Roberto G\u00f3mez de la Iglesia, Xavier Marcet <\/strong>and all the participants for the warm welcome.
