Within the framework of the AI Adoption Program<\/strong> (project funded by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan – Funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU), we have organized a series of sessions with each of the INDPULS partners with the goal of identifying AI use cases and prioritizing them based on different criteria.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sessions were conducted in collaboration with Albert Esplugas<\/strong>, who has more than 20 years of experience leading AI strategy, Generative AI, and Innovation at companies such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, <\/strong>and Apple<\/strong>, together with our partner LTC Marlex<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main criteria we are using to classify and prioritize AI use cases are:
\u2022 By impacted area<\/strong>: process automation, customer experience improvement, or efficiency enhancement.
\u2022 By strategic value<\/strong>, meaning how it impacts the company\u2019s strategic priorities.
\u2022 By feasibility<\/strong>, whether technical, related to data availability and quality, or the expected degree of adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These sessions have become a key component to ensure rigor, strategic alignment, and tangible results. They are enabling us to map high-value AI use cases for the Industry<\/strong>, as well as identify common challenges<\/strong> for which INDPULS can provide support in the search for solutions or technological scouting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t

As of today, we have selected 9 common use cases<\/strong>, gathered under the umbrella of the program: AI Adoption Program: From Industrial Use Case to AI Pilot<\/strong>.
The AI Adoption Program, aimed at technology startups and SMEs, connects innovative companies with industrial partners to solve real-world challenges through Artificial Intelligence. During the program, the selected startups and SMEs will transform specific use cases into AI-powered pilots ready for implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Automated Engine for Label and Technical Sheet Compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Multichannel Product Documentation Assistant<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Intelligence Platform for AI-Driven Decision-Making<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. AI-Powered Innovation and R&D Scouting Engine<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. AI-Based Competitive and Market Intelligence Monitor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Proposal and Budget Generation Agent<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Intelligent Onboarding and Personalized Learning Assistant<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Open and Collaborative Innovation Platform<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The selected companies will collaborate directly with industrial teams to transform use cases into functional pilots, gaining access to specialized mentoring, visibility, and validation in operational environments<\/strong>. This stage strengthens the connection between technology and industry and reinforces the INDPULS innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
