Un grupo de representantes de INDPULS tuvimos la oportunidad de participar y en este art\u00edculo os compartimos nuestra experiencia:&nbsp;<strong>Merc\u00e8 Girbau<\/strong>, presidenta y CEO de&nbsp;<strong>Girbau<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Josep David Alsina<\/strong>, CEO de&nbsp;<strong>Encofrados Alsina<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Jes\u00fas G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, director de Desarrollo de Negocio de&nbsp;<strong>Alsina<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Albert P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, COO de&nbsp;<strong>Simon<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>Mireia Mir<\/strong>, directora de&nbsp;<strong>INDPULS<\/strong>. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n nos acompa\u00f1aron los fundadores de las dos startups ganadoras del Programa de Apoyo a Startups de INDPULS,&nbsp;<strong>Mar Masulli<\/strong>, CEO de&nbsp;<strong>BitMetrics&nbsp;<\/strong>y&nbsp;<strong>Eduard Aran<\/strong>, CEO de&nbsp;<strong>Valerdat<\/strong>. Pronto nos reencontraremos y podremos compartir c\u00f3mo estamos poniendo en pr\u00e1ctica en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda algunos de los aprendizajes de Boston. Hoy, os comparto algunos de ellos.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-4-font-size\">Las tecnolog\u00edas que definir\u00e1n el futuro de nuestras empresas, con Jordi Alb\u00f3.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--space-50)\"><strong>Jordi Alb\u00f3<\/strong>, fundador de&nbsp;<strong>Lighthouse-DIG y co-creador de Boston Exponential Hub en MIT Media Lab<\/strong>, nos record\u00f3 que para innovar hay que ser tolerante a la imperfecci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<strong>La innovaci\u00f3n es un viaje a lo desconocido.<\/strong>&nbsp;Si no estamos en calma espiritual ante el error aparece el estr\u00e9s y obstaculiza la exploraci\u00f3n. En relaci\u00f3n a la Inteligencia Artificial, nos dej\u00f3 claro que terminar\u00e1 regulada por mecanismos similares a la evaluaci\u00f3n y autorizaci\u00f3n de los medicamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--space-50)\"><em>\u201cHemos tenido la oportunidad de compartir una sesi\u00f3n con Jordi Alb\u00f3, uno de los referentes en innovaci\u00f3n del MIT, que me ha hecho sentir muy afortunada porque estamos en la meca de la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica compartiendo experiencias y viendo que el lenguaje tecnol\u00f3gico que hablamos nosotros en Barcelona es el adecuado y qu\u00e9 nos hace falta trabajar para construir un ecosistema. El que se est\u00e1 forjando hoy aqu\u00ed en directo es uno de los grandes pasos que hay que dar\u201d<\/em>.&nbsp;<strong>Mar Masulli<\/strong>, fundadora y&nbsp;<strong>CEO BitMetrics<\/strong>, startup del ecosistema de INDPULS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, uno de nuestros socios,&nbsp;<strong>Albert P\u00e9rez, COO de Grupo Simon<\/strong>&nbsp;explica&nbsp;<em>\u201dMi vocaci\u00f3n es transformar las organizaciones desde dentro haciendo crecer a las personas. Para ello es muy importante la innovaci\u00f3n, si continuamos haciendo las cosas igual no vamos a obtener resultados diferentes. Desde esa perspectiva, innovar, experimentar, equivocarse, iterar, es el ejercicio m\u00e1s adecuado para progresar. MIT cuenta con 5 escuelas, 1 college, m\u00e1s de 65 centros, labs y programas, 1080 profesores, 4000 investigadores y 12000 estudiantes. El factor diferencial de este curso y que me est\u00e1 aportando especialmente es sobre todo el entorno, que es totalmente distinto. Entender la filosof\u00eda que hay detr\u00e1s de estas escuelas, universidades y centros tecnol\u00f3gicos, que son punteros por alguna raz\u00f3n. Entender la relaci\u00f3n que hay entre empresas y universidades de este ecosistema es tremendamente inspirador para m\u00ed. Quiero agradecer a LTC la organizaci\u00f3n porque est\u00e1 siendo espectacular.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<strong>Josep David Alsina, CEO Encofrados Alsina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--space-50)\">Tambi\u00e9n exploramos el universo de la computaci\u00f3n cu\u00e1ntica de la mano de&nbsp;<strong>Parfait Atchad\u00e9, director de estrategia empresarial de Lighthouse-DIG<\/strong>, quien nos ofreci\u00f3 una sesi\u00f3n de lo m\u00e1s amena para comprender el potencial de esta tecnolog\u00eda y la importancia de gestionar correctamente el gran volumen de datos que generan nuestras empresas para la toma de decisiones. Me quedo con su frase&nbsp;<em>\u201c<strong>sin datos no hay para\u00edso<\/strong>\u201d<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jay Rao, profesor de Babson College<\/strong>, nos agit\u00f3 a todos con su sesi\u00f3n sobre cultura e innovaci\u00f3n. No se anda con rodeos cuando afirma que&nbsp;<strong><em>como directivos debemos proteger a los l\u00edderes emprendedores frente a los gorilas de nuestras organizaciones.<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;\u00a1Y cu\u00e1nta raz\u00f3n tiene! Sin liderazgo emprendedor no existe innovaci\u00f3n, ni cultura. Y, a su vez, la cultura puede matar la estrategia y la innovaci\u00f3n y eliminar a los l\u00edderes emprendedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>director del Programa MIT Innovation Teams, Luis P\u00e9rez-Breva<\/strong>, nos habl\u00f3 de los diferentes modelos de innovaci\u00f3n. Nos agit\u00f3 cuestionando ideas que ten\u00edamos muy asumidas. Como \u00e9l defiende:&nbsp;<strong>la gran complejidad en innovaci\u00f3n es querer predecir el lugar al que debemos ir, cuando lo que debemos hacer es crear esos lugares.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Merc\u00e8 Girbau, presidenta y CEO de Girbau<\/strong>&nbsp;comenta que&nbsp;<em>\u201cEscuchar a&nbsp;<strong>Pedro Pons, vicepresidente senior de Finanzas y Corporate Controller de Est\u00e9e Lauder<\/strong>, hablando sobre estrategia y transformaci\u00f3n, nos ha permitido contrastar la forma que tenemos nosotros de entender algunas operaciones como por ejemplo la integraci\u00f3n de empresas y M&amp;A. Tambi\u00e9n hemos disfrutado de una clase magistral impartida por Ramon Casadesus-Masanell, con la metodolog\u00eda de Harvard y vivi\u00e9ndolo en el propio campus de Harvard.
