{"id":7585,"date":"2025-11-13T09:41:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T09:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indpuls.tech\/es\/blog\/\/"},"modified":"2025-11-13T09:51:37","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T09:51:37","slug":"once-factores-para-impulsar-la-innovacion-colaborativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indpuls.tech\/es\/blog\/once-factores-para-impulsar-la-innovacion-colaborativa\/","title":{"rendered":"Once factores para impulsar la innovaci\u00f3n colaborativa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"omt-prose-container wp-block-omt-prose-container\">\n\n\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<p>El pasado viernes,&nbsp;<strong>Mireia Mir<\/strong>, directora general de&nbsp;<strong>INDPULS<\/strong>, particip\u00f3 en el&nbsp;<strong>Programa de Alta Direcci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>organizado por&nbsp;<strong>HibridaLab<\/strong>&nbsp;y dirigido por&nbsp;<strong>Xavier Marcet<\/strong>, presidente de&nbsp;<strong>Sarah Marlex<\/strong>, bajo el t\u00edtulo&nbsp;<em>\u201cEstrategia y liderazgo para la construcci\u00f3n de futuros\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n,&nbsp;Mireia Mir&nbsp;analiz\u00f3 los&nbsp;<strong>retos actuales de la&nbsp;innovaci\u00f3n colaborativa<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>y reflexion\u00f3 sobre los factores que determinan su \u00e9xito en entornos industriales y tecnol\u00f3gicos en transformaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/strong>A partir de su experiencia, destac\u00f3&nbsp;once factores clave&nbsp;que configuran un modelo de innovaci\u00f3n&nbsp;sostenible, colaborativo y orientado al impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, destacamos los\u00a0<strong>11 factores clave para impulsar la innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No hay innovaci\u00f3n sin riesgo, pero el gran riesgo es no innovar.<\/strong>\u00a0Fomentar una cultura de riesgo, experimentaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje r\u00e1pido.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Encontrar el medio paso por delante, el punto de absorci\u00f3n del futuro.<\/strong>\u00a0Innovar al ritmo adecuado, al que el entorno y, en especial, nuestros clientes, pueden absorber.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anticipaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n.<\/strong>\u00a0Analizar escenarios futuros e innovaciones, anticiparse y adaptarse antes de que los cambios sucedan. Son imprescindibles para la competitividad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>De innovaci\u00f3n centrada en mejora de procesos a desarrollar nuevos modelos de negocio.\u00a0<\/strong>Replantear la propuesta de valor y explorar nuevas f\u00f3rmulas de crecimiento, como la servitizaci\u00f3n, productos o servicios complementarios, plataformas digitales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La innovaci\u00f3n y la sostenibilidad son compatibles.<\/strong>\u00a0Competitividad y responsabilidad social y medioambiental deben avanzar de la mano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integrar los datos como activo estrat\u00e9gico.\u00a0<\/strong>Convertir la informaci\u00f3n en conocimiento de valor para mejorar la toma de decisiones, la eficiencia y el servicio al cliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medir la innovaci\u00f3n, la creaci\u00f3n de valor e impacto.<\/strong>\u00a0Establecer indicadores clave de innovaci\u00f3n para medir su impacto real.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Si la innovaci\u00f3n no da los resultados esperados es momento de parar y pensar.<\/strong>\u00a0Reconocer cu\u00e1ndo una metodolog\u00eda o un proyecto no aporta valor y redirigir esfuerzos con agilidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aprendizaje y talento.<\/strong>\u00a0Impulsar el desarrollo continuo y atraer talento innovador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Colaboraci\u00f3n y confianza.\u00a0<\/strong>Crear un entorno de colaboraci\u00f3n, confianza, generosidad y transparencia, en el que compartir conocimiento y experiencias, \u00e9xitos y fracasos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compromiso de la alta direcci\u00f3n.<\/strong>\u00a0La innovaci\u00f3n requiere del liderazgo y el compromiso real de la alta direcci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"omt-qoute wp-block-omt-qoute\"\t>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"omt-qoute__wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"omt-qoute__deatils-block\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEl encuentro puso de relieve la importancia de los\u00a0ecosistemas colaborativos\u00a0como motores de competitividad industrial y transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, donde la\u00a0innovaci\u00f3n, el talento y la tecnolog\u00eda\u00a0convergen para generar impacto real y sostenible.\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Un agradecimiento especial a&nbsp;<strong>Miren Mart\u00edn Morato<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Roberto G\u00f3mez de la Iglesia<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Xavier Marcet<\/strong>&nbsp;y a todos los participantes por la c\u00e1lida acogida.
