Pastisart celebrates its Innovation Days.
Pastisart, a founding partner of INDPULS, celebrated its Innovation Days on July 3 and 4. These days, led by Núria Betriu, CEO of Pastisart, provided a space for analysis, reflection, and the exchange of ideas to promote the company’s growth, provide knowledge to the internal team, and create a collaborative environment among the participants.
During the Innovation Days, which had the participation of various professionals from the sector, themes such as new trends, digital transformation, and open innovation were addressed.
These days are part of the development of the company’s new Strategic Plan 2024-2027, and their main objectives are to serve as a source of knowledge for the internal clients and to create a co-creation scenario with its partners.
During these days, various stakeholders participated, and topics such as new trends in the bakery sector (new products, ingredients, technologies, …), digital transformation in both the industrial realm and internal process improvement, as well as customer and consumer orientation, the diverse possibilities in sustainable packaging, and open innovation were discussed, among others.
Indeed, in this last point, Mireia Mir, the CEO of Indpuls, participated.
Mireia delivered a presentation on the potential of understanding innovation from a perspective beyond the internal resources of each company, and the exponential benefits that collaborative innovation spaces can generate. However, she emphasized that innovation must originate from within the company and the ability to observe the customer. To achieve this, it is essential to create a corporate culture that promotes initiative and a comprehensive commitment to innovation, in addition to being highly attentive to insights that various external sources can provide: customers, suppliers, market trends, technologies, and competition, among others.
During her presentation, Mireia explained, through various success stories, how INDPULS promotes collaboration between participating companies and startups with the aim of driving innovation and creating value for the industry.
