Startups Support Program Kickoff: ACCELERATE YOUR GO TO MARKET
On July 5th, the ACCELERATE YOUR GO TO MARKET Startups Support Program began, an initiative by INDPULS that offers a personalized growth-oriented program. This program combines training and networking sessions, meetings with industrial companies, and mentoring sessions. The goal is to contrast the business model and value proposition of the participating startups to identify opportunities and accelerate their growth.

In the first session, which took place at the MediaTIC building of Barcelona Activa, 40 people participated, including representatives from the 15 partner companies of INDPULS and the 10 startups selected to be part of the program: AEInnova, Azitek, BeChained, BitMetrics, Brillianetor, Factic, Mitiga Solutions, Opground, PowerON y Valerdat.
During the meeting, we had the opportunity to learn more about all the startups and delve into the details of their Robotics, Artificial Intelligence applied to improving efficiency in different areas, Virtual and Augmented Reality, Industrial IoT technologies, among others. Additionally, one-to-one meetings were held between Corporates and Startups to identify collaboration opportunities and schedule initial meetings.
Growing Consistently with Xavier Marcet.
Xavier Marcet, President of Lead to Change, delivered a conference on the keys to ‘Growing Consistently.‘ He reminded us of Peter Drucker’s famous quote, “The purpose of a business is to create a customer,” to emphasize the importance of going out to sell and acquire customers, rather than solely focusing on seeking funding.
Xavier spoke about different types of growth, including growth achieved through the development of new business models or products, growth driven by contribution to society, inorganic growth through acquisitions, growth by increasing margins, innovation, expansion into new markets, or market intensification.
He highlighted key factors for business growth, such as the uniqueness of the value proposition, the importance of people, well-managed resources, knowledge focused on creating more value and margin, the ability to personalize, and agility to adapt to continuous changes.
The ‘ACCELERATE YOUR GO TO MARKET’ program will conclude on September 19th with a new plenary session. The two startups selected to participate in the Boston Seminar 2024 on Strategy, Growth, and Innovation, organized by Lead To Change, will be announced during the event.
